Notification Guide

Push Notification

To ensure that you have mobile push notifications activated on Discord, click on the three white dots on the top right of the Xtrades logo.

Next, click on where it says “Notifications.”

Enable Push Notification

In your notification settings, make sure that you have “Mobile Push Notifications” enabled, meaning that the blue color shows up on the right side of it, as shown. (Gray = not enabled)

Add a Channel

Under “Mobile Push Notifications,” where it says “Notification Overrides,” you can choose to add a channel you would like to mute by clicking on “Add a Channel or Category.” As shown, #options-plays is a muted channel.

Click on Profile

Next, click on your profile icon in the bottom right corner.

Scroll & Click Notification

Next, after scrolling down a little, click on where it says “Notifications.”

Enable Discord Notification

Make sure that “Get notifications within Discord” is enabled, meaning that the blue color shows up on the right side of it, as shown. (Gray = not enabled) Here, you can also modify your phone notifications by clicking on the text pointed at by the green arrow: “Get notifications outside of Discord.”

Allow Discord on Your Phone

Next, you will need to go to your phone settings and hit “Notifications” to make sure that the notifications for Discord are being allowed on your phone side.

Select App for Notification

Select the apps in which you want to set notifications for. Discord for our chat channels, and the Xtrades mobile app if you have that installed and want alerts from there.

Customize Notification

Customize Notification Style. I recommend ensuring that the Sounds and Previews are on for quick actionable usage of your alerts.
