REFUND POLICY/RETURN POLICY
Process of Refund
Customer satisfaction is always the top priority Xtrades For existing customers, we can only provide refunds only if you have made a cancellation request in Discord or sent an email requesting cancellation with your Discord ID and payment details before the renewal time and date.
For new customers, while we are unable to provide a refund, we offer a free 20 day trial to our services. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, we can easily arrange a refund for you. You may exercise your right to return or exchange the purchased items within 48 hours of making payment for membership.
Elite Gold and Lifetime Platinum membership will not be refunded once you have received access to our custom scripts and tools.
Membership Cancellation:
If you had a recurring charge process that you did not mean for recurring payments to continue, you will have 48 hours after the payment processes to get a refund and have us cancel your subscription for you.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. In addition:
- All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
- Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
Lifetime Membership Redemption
If you signed up in the past as a lifetime member and the system does not register this. You can provide proof of payment, date, and screenshots of any conversation to get verified and added into the platform.
The above policies apply to all Xtrades memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
